Before introducing the equipment, we will conduct a pyrolysis test using actual waste materials and provide you with a report containing necessary data for judgment, such as the recovery rate of decomposition products, residue amount, and properties of the regenerated oil. We also accommodate requests for single data acquisition that do not assume the introduction of equipment. ■ Features - Tests can be conducted with a minimum sample size of 500g. Even with small amounts at the lab scale, it is possible to confirm the recovery rate and processability using actual waste materials. - The report will summarize operational conditions, input weight and recovery weight (material balance), oil recovery rate, furnace temperature profile, residue amount, and appearance of the recovered oil. - We can handle a wide range of materials, including PE, PP (olefin-based), acrylic resin (PMMA), PS-based, waste tires and rubber, and solar panels. - We have achieved a liquefaction recovery rate of 98% for acrylic resin (PMMA). We also possess distillation equipment for subsequent processes, enabling high-purity recovery. - We support multiple tests with varying conditions such as temperature, input amount, and processing time, assisting in the optimization of processing conditions. - Testing costs start from 150,000 yen, with a minimum delivery time of 2 weeks. All on-site attendance, shipping containers, and return shipping costs are free (external analysis costs for property analysis are separate).
